Job Overview:

Seed Technology is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help shape the future of software for dispensaries. As an early member on our team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and make a huge impact on the success of our business and customers. From building relationships and supporting new customers during onboarding to driving deeper adoption with existing customers, you will collaborate closely with dispensaries from all across the country and Canada.

About You:

• Experience with any CRM

 Organized, comfortable handling administrative tasks

 Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude in giving and receiving constructive feedback

 High level of attention to detail and a desire to help people

 Intermediate-to-strong technical skills

 Ability to work independently just as well as with a team


 Experience in Cannabis retail

 Experience in SaaS / Software Support

• Basic Graphic Design skills
